The AmeriGlide Wheelchair Stair Climber uses a long-lasting battery that provides many trips up and down stairs on a single charge. A manual emergency device provides for a safe descent in case of a flat battery. Keyed controls restrict use to trained, authorized operators that you choose and the unit can be split into two pieces for easier transport from location to location.
